MOVEMENT : Gilded verge movement, signed and numbered (1459) with pierced and engraved balance cock. Clean, good condition, original and running well.

DIAL : 35.5 mm. White enamel, in exceptional condition, virtually mint.

INNER CASE : 42.5 mm. Gilt/brass, in good condition with a little wear to the gilding on the pendant and bow and sides but no damage or repairs. The hinge is fine and the case snaps shut. High dome bull’s eye crystal in good condition, with just three small chips on the bezel. The inside of the case is stamped with the maker’s mark (TH) and the movement serial number (1459).

OUTER CASE : 50.5 mm. Gilt/brass with shell or horn covering. Good colour. The bezel has one section missing near the catch (15mm) but otherwise complete. The back has two areas of damage near the neck, but only to the surface of the shell. Only about 6 pins missing from the back and 11 from the bezel. The hinge, catch and button are fine and the case closes nicely.
