Hunter cased verge by Westbeech, Bath

Good early 19th century verge, in full hunter heavy silver case. All in nice condition.

MOVEMENT : Gilt verge movement, with engraved and jewelled balance cock.
Signed (Westbeech, BATH) and numbered (13314).

All in very good condition and running well.

DIAL : White enamel. Matching gilt hands.

The dial is in perfect condition.

CASE : Heavy gauge silver, hallmarked for London 1833, maker’s mark WH, on the inner back and both covers. Milled edge to the band, and engine turning to both covers. Empty cartouche to the front cover,

Both covers and bezel snap shut and the silver is in good condition, with just a little wear to the engine turning and one very light bruise to the back cover.
