MOVEMENT : Signed and numbered (3158) gilt brass verge movement, with four square pillars, engraved balance cock and plate, and large silver regulator disc. Complete and original condition, running well.
DIAL : Fine silver champleve dial, signed in the centre. In excellent condition, with no repairs and not over polished. Fancy gilt hands.
INNER CASE : Silver, hallmarked for London, 1735, maker PG. Good condition throughout, though the bow is probably a replacement. The high dome bull’s eye crystal is fine and the bezel snaps shut nicely.
OUTER CASE : Silver, no hallmarks. Generally good condition, though there are some old repairs to the bezel and one to the centre of the back (though there is still a small hole here). The hinge and catch are fine and the case snaps shut nicely,
