Stone set key with chain

A silver key, set with faceted red stone (could be glass ?). Held by a silver chain with dog clip, bar and tassel.

The stone has a slightly matt rubbed surface though otherwise appears to be undamaged,

The square steel barrel has a short split but is still usable.
